Our Access Policy
The Palace Theatre and the Opera House, as a part of Live Nation, aim to recognise and acknowledge peoples’ differences and support them with their individual needs within business parameters. We support equal access and oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.

Opera House Hearing Loop System
The Opera House now offers a Hearing Loop System for the deaf and hard and hearing.  A £10 deposit is required per headset (this will be refunded upon return of the headset).
